Terms & Conditions

• All reservations made in currencies other than US dollars (USD) will be reflected as US dollars at the end of your reservation and will be charged in Mexican pesos (MXN) at the exchange rate of the day at the time of your check-in.
• You may be charged for the first night of each room reserved one day prior to your arrival.

• Children of any age are welcome.
• Children 11 years and older are considered adults for rate purposes.
• Infants 0 - 2 years old can use a cot upon request at no extra cost.
• Children over 12 years old may use an extra bed upon request for an extra charge of $10 per person, per night.
• Supplements are not automatically calculated into the total costs and will have to be paid separately during your stay.
• The maximum number of extra beds and cribs allowed depends on the room you choose. Please check the maximum capacity of the room you have chosen.
• All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

• The minimum age for registration is 18.

• No pets allowed.

Cancellation policy

Hotel Posada de Roger may charge the first night's stay up to 71 hours (or less) prior to arrival. If you wish to cancel your

reservation without charge you must notify

us at least 72 hours before the check-in

date via email to the address

gerencia@hotelposadaderoger.com 

otherwise, the cost of the first night will be

charged as a penalty.
Hotel Posada de Roger reserves the right

to cancel any reservation that does not

have a valid credit card at any time.
There will be no refunds for early

departure to the reserved dates.
